This week a letter was sent out to all NG members detailing the provisional calendar for next year and what a year it is going to be! Added to the calendar for 2005 are two of the best tracks in Britain; Brands Hatch and Cadwell Park. This now presents NGRRC with what is arguably the best track schedule of any club in the UK. NG are already the only club (besides BSB) to gain permission to race at Thruxton and over the past 2 years Donington Park and Silverstone have been added. But with the addition of Brands Hatch it looks like we'll be racing at all of the 'big-four' in '05. Cadwell Park is another top-class track which is a regular host to the BSB series. Many riders list Cadwell amongst their favourites and Team Chirani are definitely chomping at the bit to fling ourselves off 'The Mountain'!

After a long service with the club, Keevil airfield has been dropped. This is a track which really splits opinions amongst NG members and officials alike. Despite being nothing more than a (rapidly deteriorating) strip of tarmac in the middle of nowhere, many like it and would like to see the club continue to use it. However there are considerable number of members who already turn their noses up at just the mere thought of turning up there. The circuit will continue to be used for track testing days and I'm sure will re-emerge in the schedule should the club struggle to get confirmation for any of the provisional dates in next years timetable.
